Every house we build is bolted, not welded. It goes up in days. If the plot ever changes, it comes down the same way and goes back up somewhere else.

Nothing is glued or foamed shut. Every joint is a bolt with a torque figure and a label on it. The crew that assembles a module can take it apart in about the same time.

Steel chassis with panels built under a roof, then bolted together on your site. One module or twelve, single story or stacked.

Flat-pack that doesn't feel like flat-pack. Solid timber and steel fixings, no cam locks. Same logic as the houses, at a smaller scale.

We don't publish a price list. There is no calculator on this site that will hand you a number. What a house costs depends on your ground, your permits, the access road, and what you actually want in it. Send us the plot and a rough idea. You get a real figure back, with the reasoning attached.
